What the Warranty Covers
Our 90-day warranty protects you against defects in the parts we install and the labour our technicians perform. If a component fails due to a manufacturing defect or if our repair work doesn’t hold, we return to fix it at no charge.
- Parts: All replacement parts installed during your repair are covered for the full 90 days.
- Labour: The work performed by our appliance technicians is guaranteed. If the repair fails within 90 days, we redo it free.
- All appliance types and brands: Whether your Samsung refrigerator, Whirlpool washer, Wolf range, or any other major brand needs repair, the warranty applies equally.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty covers the specific repair we completed. It does not cover:
- New, unrelated problems that develop after the repair is finished
- Damage caused by misuse, power surges, improper installation by other contractors, or physical damage
- Consumable items such as water filters, light bulbs, or drive belts subject to normal wear and tear

How to Make a Warranty Claim
If the part we repaired fails or the repair doesn’t perform as intended within 90 days, contact SureFit right away:

- When you call for warranty service, there is no diagnostic charge. We schedule a technician to inspect and correct the issue
